From a backyard food truck to a hometown favorite, Chubby’s Burgers is a local, Veteran-owned restaurant built on big flavor and bigger heart. Started in a driveway when the world shut down in 2020 as a food truck, today Chubby’s lives on in Blythewood SC, slinging award-winning smash burgers, juicy chicken sandwiches, creamy milkshakes, and crispy fries with a twist.

Executive Chef Kevin Schwab brings his Texas roots and South Carolina kitchen chops to the table, crafting bold flavors with fresh, local ingredients and homemade sauces—all under veteran leadership and a true passion for feeding the community. General Manager Hannah Trapp brings her experience as a server, bartender, and supervisor to ensure that the service and welcoming atmosphere is second to none.
